  • Correspondence. If you email or message us, we keep a record of that conversation.

Sharing data with advertising platforms may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under some state privacy laws, even though no money changes hands. See Section 7 for how to opt out.

We do not share your information with unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. How Long We Keep Information

  • Custom order inquiries and correspondence: kept for up to 3–7 years so we can reference past work, honor repairs, and meet tax and recordkeeping requirements.

  • Email list: kept until you unsubscribe, plus a suppression record so we don't re-add you by mistake.

  • Analytics data: retained according to our analytics provider's default settings, typically 14–26 months.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Correct inaccurate personal information

  • Delete your personal information

  • Obtain a copy of your data in a portable format

  • Opt out of targeted advertising, sale of personal data, and profiling

Virginia residents. Under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), you may exercise the rights listed above. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision email or writing to timelesslyyoujewelry@gmail.com with "Privacy Appeal" in the subject line. We will respond to an appeal within 60 days. If your appeal is denied, you may submit a complaint to the Virginia Attorney General at oag.state.va.us.

Residents of other states (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Maryland, Delaware, and others with comprehensive privacy laws) have similar rights and may exercise them the same way.

How to make a request. Email timelesslyyoujewelry@gmail.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" and tell us what you'd like us to do. We will verify your identity — usually by confirming you control the email address associated with the data — and respond within 45 days. We may extend that by another 45 days if your request is complex, and we'll tell you if we need the extra time.

We will never charge you or treat you differently for exercising these rights.

Unsubscribing. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can also email us and we'll remove you.
